MECHANICAL WORLD

HUMAN STORIES

Based in Folkestone, Kent, UK, Machine House Media follows motorsport, industry and machine culture wherever the story takes us. From Baja to the Nürburgring, from historic race paddocks to local mud bogs, go-kart tracks, construction sites, factories, workshops and heavy industry.

We’re interested in more than horsepower, production numbers or lap times. We want the people behind the machines — the builders, racers, operators, mechanics, fabricators, engineers, crews, families and communities who keep things moving.

We create films, photography and content with grit, character and a human story at the center.

We Speak Machine.

We Love Machines And The People That Come With Them

Real Stories, No Polish

Kill Tires. Explode Gasoline. is a documentary about the people who refuse to let speed become sterile.

Hidden behind miles of military fencing lies an abandoned Army depot where hot rodders, misfits, racers, and builders gather to do something increasingly rare: drive flat out with no apologies. As engines echo across forgotten runways once used to store nuclear weapons, the film explores the strange intersection of American history, rebellion, and the enduring need to build machines that scare us.

Through intimate portraits of the people who keep this culture alive, Kill Tires. Explode Gasoline. asks a larger question: in a world obsessed with safety, efficiency, and automation, what happens to those who still crave risk?

Part love letter, part historical excavation, and part punk-rock sermon, this is a film about noise, freedom, and the stubborn refusal to let mechanical passion disappear.
